What if my roster export doesn't have a travel-minutes column?

Leave it blank. The tool infers travel time from the gaps between consecutive visits instead (any gap of 60 minutes or less is treated as working travel time; longer gaps are treated as breaks). You'll see which method was used for each day in the results.
