What is CareOps?
CareOps is a UK care workforce platform. Agencies can discover available carers and support workers and manage recruitment and compliance; carers and support workers can build a professional profile and choose the work they want.
Is CareOps an employer or care provider?
No. CareOps provides software and introductions only. Agencies and providers remain responsible for hiring, suitability checks, safeguarding and care delivery.
How does verification work?
Carers and support workers upload their identity, right-to-work, DBS and training evidence. An authorised agency reviews and approves documents; verification status is always shown with its source and date, and a worker can never mark themselves verified.
Does an agency need approval?
Yes. New agencies complete organisation verification before contacting workers or publishing opportunities. Our team may request additional evidence.
How much does it cost?
Carer and support worker profiles are free. Agency plans and trial terms are shown on the pricing page; billing and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I exercise my data rights?
